Recently I spent 2 calming days of ease and joy in my beloved home of California.

In the misty dawning of the first morning, I meandered among budding rose gardens at the renewed train station, past open fields filled with bird song, over the wooden lift bridge where I was delighted to see an early surf board paddler on the river.

From there I wandered past a large agricultural farm shop, a very old and active fire station and into Tartarian Petaluma.

Something inside me skips a beat in the beauty of these old world buildings. My body remembers the frequency vibe, the etheric towers, arches, stained glass windows, the gold in the tower clocks and the Bells.

Walking past the history museum tucked within a stunning historic building, my body lit up as it saw a familiar site.

Stellina Pronto with its seating spilling out into the quiet street has been a favorite of mine for years. A lively Italian bakery with fresh flowers and eclectic music. Italian joie de vivre, both elegant and calming.

It’s one of my happy places, being in the rhythm of a wee town waking up, among the locals enjoying their espresso, cappuccinos and pastries, everything freshly baked and delicious.

What is your body asking to have more of?

Business and life flourish the moment you choose to trust your inner knowing.
