When I get enthused and have a lightness in my body or something pings me, I know it’s going to create greater for now and in the future.

In 1985 we were among many in the London Pub celebrating “ pinch me “ moments having just attended The Garden Party at Buckingham Palace.

Later that evening, driving home to the country estate in Kent county, my husband and I chatted in length about our imminent 6 week travel to Europe.

I share the above with you as it was my life for 27 years, living luxuriously in 3 countries, owning historic properties and a farm, with our children.

To the outside world I had everything.

The sad truth, I was desperately unhappy. I created deep darkness, a broken family and dis ease.

Following surgery in 2003 and with the surgeons’ suggestion that I make lifestyle changes or I would not be so lucky next time, I knew I had to be more present in my life and make choices that actually brought me joy.

In 2004 my husband and I divorced amicably.

I chose to travel to places that made my body happy and to learn about things that truly interested me. I dabbled in cultural anthropology, evolutionary biology, quantum energies, ethnology, permaculture, biodynamic farming, neuroscience, autism and Asperger’s… and during this time I received Facilitator Certifications in several somatic behavioral technologies.

It was a most expansive fun time that also included 10 years being a Real Estate Agent in Marin County, California and a Facilitator for Small Groups, with The Brian Buffini Coaching Co.
